Three Ukrainian bodies decide a file from Pakistan: the State Employment Service issues the work permit, the Embassy of Ukraine in Islamabad (House 6, Street 29, F-7/1) decides the Type D visa, filed through VFS Global, and the State Migration Service issues the residence permit. In Pakistan, MoFA apostilles your documents after HEC, IBCC or the police.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Pakistan
The embassy sits at House 6, Street 29, sector F-7/1, Islamabad, and lists its hours as Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, phone +92-51-260-89-66. It decides every Ukrainian visa applied for in Pakistan, while the paperwork runs through VFS Global: the form on visa.mfa.gov.ua, the documents and the VFS charge at a centre in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore, the consular fee at a designated bank, the passport back at the same centre. Its fee for a D-04 work visa is USD 404 and USD 70 for most other Type D grounds.
