Ukraine work visa requirements for Pakistani citizens
The route has two files. The first belongs to the employer and goes to the State Employment Service; the second is yours and goes to the Embassy of Ukraine through VFS Global in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore.

Ukraine work visa ratio for Pakistanis

Choosing a Ukraine work permit agency in Pakistan
Whoever helps you, the permit is still filed by the employer and decided by the State Employment Service. A lawful helper gives you:
- the employer’s full name and EDRPOU code before any payment, so you can check the register yourself;
- a written agreement with a company, prices per stage and payment to a company account;
- the permit decision you can find on the State Employment Service website.

Risks & common mistakes
- Paying an “agent” before verifying the employer. If the employer fails verification, the file cannot proceed.
- A contract that differs from the offer. The draft contract is filed with the application, so its role and salary must match what you were promised.
- Skipping apostille. Documents are apostilled in Pakistan before the Ukrainian translation.
- Entering on a tourist visa “to interview”. Misrepresentation at entry can lead to refusal, deportation and entry bans.
