- 01Ask for the written engagement firstIt sets the scope, the fee, the deadlines, the legal entity with its EDRPOU code and the lawyer on your case. Case work is paid only against a written engagement.
- 02Check the entity in the Unified State RegisterSearch the EDRPOU code on usr.minjust.gov.ua: name, status and managers.
- 03Check your lawyer in the Unified Register of AdvocatesSearch the name on erau.unba.org.ua.
- 04Pay only an invoice in your own nameBank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, USDT or Western Union / MoneyGram, as listed on payment methods. Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa and personal accounts are refused.

What we take on
We take cases that have a lawful route and put the weak points in writing before you pay for more work. A case built on a fake job, a forged invitation or a bought permit we decline, and we tell you why.
