What this service is
We are a legal-process service. We assess whether a Pakistani applicant has a lawful route into Ukraine, prepare and review the documents that route requires, and guide the applicant and (where relevant) the Ukrainian employer through the official procedures. The substantive law we apply is real and public: the Law of Ukraine No. 3773-VI “On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons”, the Law of Ukraine No. 5067-VI “On Employment of the Population” and its implementing Cabinet of Ministers resolutions, administered by the State Migration Service (ДМС) and the State Employment Service.
What this service is NOT
We are not the Ukrainian government and we cannot issue, accelerate or guarantee any permit, visa or decision — those rest entirely with the State Migration Service, the State Employment Service and the consular authorities. We do not sell “visa packages”, we do not source jobs, and we do not promise outcomes. On this page we deliberately name no individual lawyer, bar number, head-count or office address that we are not prepared to verify publicly; we would rather under-state our credentials than overstate them on a question that affects your money and your future. The public anchor for any “Ukrainian-licensed” claim is the Unified State Register of legal entities (EDR) — the same register we tell you to check a Ukrainian employer against — and we provide our own legal-entity registration details in the written engagement so you can confirm them there before you pay.
The expertise we apply
Our work is concentrated in two areas where Ukrainian procedure is dense and error-prone: employment permits for foreigners (the employer-side permit under Law No. 5067-VI, then the type-D visa and temporary-residence permit) and company registration with related residence routes. We read the statute and the current Cabinet of Ministers procedure directly rather than relying on second-hand “agent experience”, because the implementing resolutions change and an outdated procedure is how applicants lose money.
Honest limitations
Eligibility depends on facts we do not control — the strength of a genuine job offer, the applicant's document history, and decisions made by Ukrainian and Pakistani authorities. We can lawfully prepare and present a case; we cannot lawfully change a refusal that follows the law. Where a case has no lawful route, we say so and decline it. Where the route is weak, we put that in writing before you pay for work. We will tell you when your case is weak, even when that means you do not become our client.
