The four common grounds for a TRP
This service covers four TRP grounds. The first step is identifying your real ground, since the residence card always follows it.

Documents & address for a Ukraine TRP
Core file (every ground): passport with a valid Type D visa; the document proving your ground (work permit, enrolment confirmation, company register extract or civil-status certificate); your address documents; medical insurance; photos to ДМС specification; proof of the administrative fee.
Pakistan-side legalisation: civil documents issued in Pakistan (marriage, birth, degrees) are apostilled by MoFA (PKR 3,000 per personal document), then translated into Ukrainian with a notarised translator signature. Process & timeline

TRP extension in Ukraine
To extend, apply for the new card before the current TRP expires, at the latest on its last day; with fewer than 15 working days left, only at a DMSU territorial office (Resolution No. 322, para. 19). The ground must still be valid: an extended work permit (the employer files the permit extension 20–50 calendar days before expiry, decision within 3 working days, Law No. 5067-VI, Art. 42-6), continued enrolment, or the family or business basis.
