What you receive in writing before case work
- 01Scope and deliverablesWhat we will do and what you will receive. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing.
- 02Fee and invoice in your nameThe fee for the work, invoiced in your name; a relative may pay after you confirm it. Rules: compliance standards.

Third-party fees, passed through at cost
Our price covers our work. State and third-party fees are separate and paid at cost: the employer pays the work permit fee (Law 5067-VI, Art. 42-4); you pay the D-04 work visa, USD 404 under the Embassy of Ukraine tariff, plus the VFS service charge, HEC attestation, the MoFA apostille and the translation. An anonymised case study appears only with the client’s explicit written consent, which can be withdrawn. We do not solicit testimonials; the reasons are in why we don’t publish testimonials. How documents are stored and for how long: privacy and confidentiality.
When a law or a fee changes
Each guide carries the date it was last reviewed, and each term points to its article or official page, so you can check it yourself.
