Employer Verification
Four-point registry, fiscal and signatory check on any Ukrainian company that has approached you. Written report within 2–3 working days.

Direct answer
Direct answer
Employer verification confirms whether a Ukrainian company actually exists as a registered, active entity capable of lawfully sponsoring a foreign work permit. It is the single highest-ROI step a Pakistani applicant can take before sending any money.

What the verification includes — and excludes
Included
- EDR pull: legal existence, status, address, registered signatories
- Fiscal/tax activity and payroll evidence — does it actually operate?
- Workforce capacity and any history of hiring foreigners
- Signatory authority cross-checked against the company charter
- Judicial-registry and sanctions screening
- Written report with a clear GO / CAUTION / STOP verdict
Not included
- Background checks on individuals (separate service)
- Verification of non-Ukrainian companies
- Redline of your contract — that is document review
- Any guarantee the employer will ultimately sponsor you
What verification typically uncovers
- Company exists but is dormant — cannot sponsor.
- Company exists and is active but never hires foreigners.
- Company does not exist at all — a pure fake-employer scam.
- Signatory is not authorised under the company charter.
People also ask
How long does employer verification take?
Our standard turnaround is 2–3 working days from the moment we receive the company name, registration number and any offer documents you have. Priority processing is available for an additional fee if you need the report sooner.
What sources do you check for employer verification?
We run four checks: the Unified State Register (EDR) for legal existence and status, tax records for fiscal activity and payroll, the judicial registry for any active court proceedings, and signatory verification against the company charter to confirm the person on your offer letter is actually authorised to bind the company.
Can I proceed without employer verification?
You can, but we advise against it. Employer verification is the single step most likely to catch a scam before you lose money. A STOP verdict typically means a fake employer — and proceeding without verification into a fake employer file ends in visa refusal, financial loss, and potentially an entry ban.
How quickly do I get the report?
2–3 working days from receipt of company details.
Can I verify a company myself?
You can check basic EDR data online. Our service adds fiscal, workforce, signatory and legal verdict.
What if the verdict is GO?
You can proceed with document review of the offer and a written engagement.
