How to check a Ukraine work permit is real
In Ukraine the employer files the work permit application at the regional State Employment Service. The service decides within 7 working days and publishes each decision on its official website within 2 working days, also notifying the employer electronically (Law No. 5067-VI, Art. 42-6, 42-7). So a genuine permit traces back to a registered Ukrainian employer and a published decision with a date.
