Four acts set the main stages of a Ukrainian file from Pakistan: Law No. 5067-VI (work permits, Arts. 42-2 to 42-10), Law No. 3773-VI (residence grounds, Art. 4), Cabinet Resolution No. 118 (visas) and Resolution No. 322 (the temporary residence permit). On the Pakistani side, MoFA applies the Hague Apostille Convention, in force for Pakistan since 9 March 2023.

How to read a Ukrainian act
Each act on zakon.rada.gov.ua opens on its current version, with the version date at the top; amendments are listed with the law that made them. Laws carry a number with a convocation suffix (5067-VI, 2275-VIII), and Cabinet resolutions a number and a date. Some acts, including Laws No. 3773-VI and No. 5067-VI, also have English versions on the portal with their own dates; officials apply the current Ukrainian text. Practical pages from the bodies that apply these acts, the State Migration Service, the Embassy of Ukraine in Islamabad and VFS Global, are collected in official resources for Ukraine from Pakistan, and changes we track are in Ukraine immigration updates.
