Ukraine Work Permit Extension for Pakistani Workers
Your employer files 20–50 days before the permit expires. We set your dates, give your employer a checklist for the extension file, check the documents before they go in, and line up your residence card exchange right after the decision.

Direct answer
Your Ukrainian employer files the work permit extension with the employment centre no earlier than 50 and no later than 20 calendar days before the permit expires; the decision is due within 3 working days (Law No. 5067-VI, Art. 42-6). Filing outside that window is a refusal ground (Art. 42-9). Then you exchange your TRP.

Your residence card after the extension
An employment TRP runs for the term of the work permit (Resolution No. 322, para. 4). Once the extension is issued, you exchange the card at the State Migration Service before the old one expires; with fewer than 15 working days left, only at a territorial office (para. 19). The new card is issued within 15 working days (para. 5). We run that step too: TRP extension.

Price of work permit extension support
The first step is the $99 written assessment. Filing support is quoted in writing after it.
If the dates slip or the employer will not extend
An extension filed fewer than 20 or more than 50 days before expiry is a refusal ground (Art. 42-9); the employer then files a new permit application. The law sets no rule that lets you work on an expired permit, and an employer employing a foreigner without a valid permit is fined 20 minimum wages per worker (Art. 53, part 5).
If your employer will not extend, a new employer can file a new application, decided within 7 working days (Art. 42-6). Start before the current permit expires and check the company in the registers first: employer verification. Background: illegal employment risks and how to spot a fake work permit.
