Why we charge for the first conversation
The $249 pays for the hour of advice itself. Advice to change the route, wait for a document or not apply at all is paid the same as advice to go ahead, so you hear it when it is the right advice. An adviser paid only when you buy a package earns from the sale, and the conversation leads to it.
A paid session also gives you a record. The signed summary sets out your routes, the risks and the next steps; you can take it to any other lawyer. Every first step on uavisa.pk is paid and priced on the page: the $99 written assessment or the $249 consultation.

Refunds and what the fee leaves out
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session and the fee is refunded in full, within 5 working days to the original method. Refunds follow the stage of work, never the outcome of a visa or permit decision; the full terms are on the refund policy. Government fees, translation and apostille costs are paid separately.
