Ukraine TRP Extension for Pakistani Citizens: Renew on Time

Direct answer
A Pakistani TRP holder renews by exchanging the card at the State Migration Service while the ground still holds. File before the current card expires; with fewer than 15 working days left, only a territorial office accepts it (Resolution No. 322, para. 19). The new card is issued within 15 working days (para. 5).

Order of steps for a TRP renewal
The card always follows its ground, so the ground is renewed first and the card second. For workers the employer’s work permit extension sets the whole timetable.

A renewed Pakistani passport needs its own certified translation, and the work permit must show the new passport details. Translation rules: translation requirements; full list by ground: residence permit documents.
Your address on the TRP renewal
If you moved since the last card, the renewal carries your new address. The State Migration Service checks it by the rental agreement or the owner’s title documents, and may check it by a visit (Resolution No. 322, paras. 32 and 36-1). If you live in a flat without a rental agreement in your own name, we get one in order before filing.
After the new card is issued, register (declare) your place of residence within 30 days at the local council or a TsNAP administrative services centre (Law No. 1871-IX).

If your TRP has already expired
Staying after the card expires without a filed exchange is a breach of stay rules: a fine under Art. 203 of the Code of Administrative Offences and a possible forced-return decision with an entry ban (Law No. 3773-VI, Arts. 13 and 26).
