Processing updates: real-world timings observed in our caseload.

Real-world timings from our active caseload, compared against published timelines. Work permits and TRP issuance trended slightly faster in Q4; document legalisation in Pakistan trended slower.

Work-permit decisions in Q4 2025 averaged 38 working days from complete file to decision (published timeline: 30–60). TRP issuance averaged 12 working days post-biometric capture (published: 10–15).

Pakistan-side document legalisation averaged 19 calendar days end-to-end (NADRA PCC, HEC verification where applicable, MoFA apostille). This is approximately 4 days longer than Q3 average — driven primarily by MoFA throughput in late December.

These are caseload observations, not published government timelines. Cases vary; build in 30% buffer when sequencing dependent steps.
