Documented patterns of scams targeting Pakistani applicants.
Sixteen categories of scams we have personally seen used against Pakistani citizens pursuing Ukraine. If your situation matches any of these — stop, do not transfer money, and request verification first.
The Ukrainian government does not authorise “agents” in Pakistan to issue, guarantee or expedite visas. Any party promising a guaranteed outcome for a fixed fee is operating outside Ukrainian law.

“Hotel job”, “factory in Kyiv”, “delivery contract” — upfront fees, no verifiable employer.

Documents that look authentic but were never issued by the State Employment Service.
