MFA Ukraine clarifies official position on commercial 'embassy facilitation' claims circulating in South Asia. No private party holds an embassy channel.

Following an uptick in commercial advertisements offering 'embassy contact' services for Ukrainian visas in South Asia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has issued a public clarification: no private party in any jurisdiction is authorised to issue, expedite or guarantee Ukrainian visas.

Consular decisions are made independently by accredited consular officers under Ukrainian law. VFS Global functions strictly as a visa-application intake provider, not a decision-maker.
