Documents you send us are stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access. Access is logged. Retention is governed by professional rules — typically 5 years post-engagement, with secure destruction afterward.
Communication
WhatsApp and email channels are used for convenience. Sensitive document exchange uses our secure document portal under engagement. We do not store sensitive originals in chat platforms.
Data subject rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion (subject to professional retention rules) at any time during or after engagement.
