Stage 1 — Intake & eligibility
You complete a structured intake form. We deliver a written eligibility note identifying which routes are open to you, with honest risk flags.
Stage 2 — Verification
If the case relies on a Ukrainian counterparty (employer, university, partner), we verify it in registry data before any further commitment.
Stage 3 — Written engagement
Scope, fees and deliverables are signed in writing. The named case manager and lawyer are identified. Only at this point do we begin filing-related work.
Stage 4 — Filing
Documents prepared and filed with the relevant Ukrainian authority. Government correspondence routed through our office; status communicated on a defined cadence.
Stage 5 — Post-filing
Issuance, post-arrival registration where required, and handover documentation.
